However, we reserve the right to correct typographical inaccuracies, errors, or omissions and to adjust product pricing without prior notice.

Applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST/PST/HST) will be calculated and added during checkout based on the destination address provided.

Shipping, Handling & Risk of Loss

We bake in small batches and ship nationwide across Canadian provinces via trusted carrier partners such as Canada Post, DHL, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times are approximations and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Factors such as extreme weather, carrier disruptions, and remote postal codes may influence delivery times.

Food Products & Allergen Notice

Our handcrafted snacks and pretzels are prepared using premium, real ingredients. Our facility handles wheat, gluten, dairy, mustard, sesame, and tree nut products. While we adhere to rigorous sanitation practices, cross-contamination is possible.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because our pretzel products are perishable food items, unopened or opened snacks cannot be returned for restock due to hygiene and food safety regulations. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will promptly evaluate a replacement or refund.
